  Inconsiderate and Incompetent. I can't even begin to describe how horrible our experience was following my moms passing. No one at the office had a clue what to do or how to proceed. Staff talked in front of us and about us as third person instead of explaining things to us directly. They provided us false and misleading information about both home and auto insurance and demanded an original copy of my moms will. ( This copy needs to go to the courts NOT them!) They were inconsiderate and incompetent from start to finish. I would highly recommend taking your service elsewhere!

  Bullies at the Sechelt Office. Charged us for home insurance we didn't order. Danielle Spraggs communication is vicious and toxic. They must work for commission there. Disrespectful and incompetent. Worst experience we've ever had anywhere. Please everyone beware of this nasty pit.

  I needed to renew my ICBC policy and went to the Sechelt insurance office. Beth Voutier acknowledged me as soon as I entered the premises. This was really nice of her. Usually I, and others, have to sit and wait for a long time to be acknowledged (5 minutes or more) even when agents are at their desks without clients in front of them. I have to say I usually dread going into that office because of the lack of customer service I usually experience there, but now that Beth is there, I won't hesitate anymore. Not only was she friendly, she was very helpful. Thank you Beth!
